This week we're diving into another hashtag trendy diet that most of us have heard of if not tried. Whole30 is an elimination diet where you don't eat anything except for meat and juice....okay not really but it's really weird the things that you CAN and CANNOT eat on this diet and Katie breaks it down with Garet giving a vegetarian's perspective.
