A rarely studied, often just anecdotally reported, ADHD symptom that is sometimes also called "hyperfocus." Don't be fooled, though! Hyperfixation and hyperfocus are actually two different things, and either way, we manage to squeak out some tips to snap out of it so you remember to eat and drink water throughout the day, and also how to maybe set yourself up to get INTO your hyper-whatever state when you need it!
