We shout-out Weird Al Yankovic and Elyse Myers with some more sweet sweet song re-writes from Katie and we explore the different ways "hyperactivity" manifests itself in our lives as ladies who weren't diagnosed with ADHD until we were very very old. As a gentle preview of a future episode, we also lightly explore the effect that regular monthly hormonal changes both increase the severity of our ADHD symptoms and reduce the efficacy of our medications.
